Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between ALMA COUTURE (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual making a purchase on the almacouture-paris.com website (hereinafter "the Customer").

2. Products
The products offered for sale are women's fashion creations manufactured in Paris in small series. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but are not contractual. ALMA COUTURE reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). ALMA COUTURE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Order
The Customer places an order online via the almacouture-paris.com website. The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer. ALMA COUTURE reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock or payment issues.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during checkout. Payment is secured via Shopify Payments. The order is processed after full receipt of the amount due.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped within the timeframes indicated on the Delivery and Returns page. ALMA COUTURE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must contact ALMA COUTURE at contact@almacouture-paris.com and wait for validation before any return. Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in case of preparation error or defective product.
8. Returns and Refunds
Before any return, the Customer must contact ALMA COUTURE at contact@almacouture-paris.com and obtain prior validation. Returns made without validation will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with intact labels and in their original or equivalent packaging. Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method as that used for the order.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. Please contact our customer service before any return to reserve your item.
10. Liability
ALMA COUTURE cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the site or the improper execution of the order due to a case of force majeure.
11. Personal Data
The data collected during the order is used only for its processing. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting contact@almacouture-paris.com.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the Customer may resort to the CM2C mediator (www.cm2c.net). French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
