DELIVERY AND RETURNS

At ALMA COUTURE, every order is carefully prepared to provide you with a smooth, fast, and meticulous experience.

DELIVERY

  • Order preparation

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.

  • Estimated delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are generally as follows:

  • 🇫🇷 Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 4 to 8 working days

  • International: 7 to 12 working days

These deadlines are indicative and may vary slightly depending on the carrier, periods of high activity (sales, holidays, launches) or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking

  • Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your package in real time.

  • Delivery fees

  • Delivery costs are calculated automatically when placing the order and displayed before payment.

  • Carrier responsibility

  • Delivery times are the responsibility of the carriers and may occasionally vary.

ALMA COUTURE cannot be held responsible for delays related to delivery services, strikes or exceptional events.

PRE-ORDERS

Some items are available for pre-order, meaning their manufacturing or dispatch is deferred to a later date.

  • The estimated dispatch date is indicated on each relevant product page.

  • Payment is collected at the time of order confirmation.

  • The indicated deadlines are estimates and may be subject to change in exceptional circumstances.

  • In case of cancellation before shipment, please contact our customer service at contact@almacouture-paris.com. The refund will be made within 14 working days.

  • ALMA COUTURE reserves the right to cancel a pre-order if production is not possible, with a full refund to the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want every ALMA COUTURE item to bring you complete satisfaction.

However, if an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt to return it to us.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • undamaged

  • with intact tags

  • in their original packaging or equivalent

Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Returns made without prior validation cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a preparation error or a defective product, the costs are, of course, borne by ALMA COUTURE.

Refund

Once the return is received and checked, the refund will be made to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as it is processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.
